How to return an item?
Contact our customer centre. Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns, no exchanges.
We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order
-you receive a defective product

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact our customer centre. An order is eligible for cancellation if:
-you request a refund within 24 hours of payment
-the order has been delayed for more than ten days since the payment, and you have not been notified
-the ordered item is out of stock.
